countryside, with Enniscorthy nestled at the foot of the Blackstairs Mountains, together with seventy five miles of fabulous beaches, not to mention some of the best fishing rivers in the country in

biggest and best wild salmon, much to the delight of local restaurateurs and their clients. Good restaurants are certainly something that this part of the world has
aplenty. New roads and the bypassing of traditional bottle-necks between Enniscorthy and the capital, in particular have significantly reduced commuting time between the two points. There are plenty
of shops in Enniscorthy, including supermarkets, fresh meat, and vegetable shops serving some of the finest local natural produce. |
