ARDUAIN, Greenville Lane, Enniscorthy, comprising 31 dwellings, came into being due to an unprecedented demand for houses built by Aluisce Developments Ltd. Set on an elevated site overlooking Enniscorthy, it gained it's name Arduain (High Green). Again, Planners had absolute delight when a tidy uniform proposal was placed before them for decision. This constitutes the planning of a forward looking County Wexford, and the displacement of ribbon type development, which has only proved in Britain and Ireland to cast a disjointed element to Planning. |
